We’ve got you covered from start to finish: the celebrant, catering, photography, and décor—every detail is thoughtfully handled. Choose between a day wedding or an afternoon-evening wedding with our Daytime Fete and Nighttime Fiesta packages.

And the best part - it costs less than a house deposit so you won’t have to decide between the two. Yes, it really can be this easy to have a beautiful and memorable wedding. Having your dream wedding has never been this fun or this simple.

Daytime Fete includes:

  • Private location at the Old Stone House of Bungendore for five hours with up to 80 guests + the wedding couple

  • Celebrant, Julie Rattenbury, will help you to create and officiate your ceremony - she has you covered with a personalised ceremony and all legal work taken care of

  • Photographer, Tracy Lee, will take photos for four hours and present edited photos to you within six weeks

  • PA system with microphone to play music throughout the event - just send us through a playlist 

  • Ceremony chairs for up to 32 people, signing table and cloth

  • Reception furniture scattered under the elegant white marquee with tables decorated with beautiful dried flower bouquets and cloth table runners

  • Buffet lunch with grazing and canapés to start provided by local caterer, Bella’s Feast

  • An allocated bar tab, based on the number of guests

  • Extra tables for wedding cake and food

  • Assorted lawn games for all to enjoy

  • One hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding

timings

The Daytime Fete is for a maximum of five hours at a time of your choosing between 11am-6pm.

The Nighttime Fiesta is for a maximum of six hours at a time frame of your choosing between 3pm-10pm.

food and drink

We have partnered with Bungendore’s own wonderful caterer, Bella’s Feast to offer a delightful spread for your wedding. You and your guests will enjoy a grazing table of cured meats, cheeses, antipasto, and canapés to start followed by fresh salads, meats, and delicious hot and cold savouries for the main meal.

A partial bar tab is included to cover drinks for a portion of your wedding. Couples have the option to extend the bar tab when it runs out or have guests buy their own drinks for the remainder of the time. The bar tab is calculated to last about 2-3 hours.

byo dogs

Your dogs are welcomed and encouraged to share your special day with you. Your fur-babies are able to join you on the condition that they are supervised at all times (we don’t want them tucking into the wedding cake or sneaking out of the grounds).

Dogs don’t count towards your guest numbers so bring as many as you like. Or just have an entire party of puppers- seriously, we would love that!
